Submitted abstracts can be modified on the website during the abstract submission period.

Please use online abstract submission system through conference website according to the submission formats. It is authors' responsibility to review the abstracts and correct them. Submitters are responsible for every typing error on the abstract.
Please follow these guidelines carefully.
  1. All abstract submissions and presentations must be written in correct form of English.
  2. Abstract titles should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract
  3. The abstracts should be no longer than 2,000 bites of text body. If you want to upload a table or images, the abstracts should be no longer than 1,300 bites.
  4. Tables and images are required to be uploaded as attached files.
    (Size of attached file is limited to 8cm (width) x 5cm (height))
  5. You can save and re-edit your abstracts online until you decide to submit them via the abstract system.
  6. When submitting the finalized version of your abstract, please fill all required fields in the online system.
  7. Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the conference and presenters are required to register for the conference separately.
Notification of Acceptance
  - All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
  - Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting, corresponding and abstract submitting authors by May 18, 2018.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
  - If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the Secretariat, in writing as soon as possible.
